What it prints on
Works on
Polyester fabric, high polyester blends, and polyester coated hard surfaces including panels, mugs and signage board.
Does not work on
Cotton, viscose, silk or wool.
Sublimation dye needs a synthetic fibre to enter. On natural fibres it washes straight out. For those use Bravo Reactive.
On blends: colour strength drops in proportion to the cotton content. A 65/35 poly cotton will print noticeably paler than 100 percent polyester. This is the physics of the process, not the ink.

Bravo Sublimation Inks are designed for dye sublimation heat transfer printing, ideal for both polyester fabrics and polyester coated surfaces. High colour saturation, pattern fineness and dye transfer rate, with prolonged printhead run time and reduced maintenance cost.

Print
Bravo sublimation ink onto transfer paper.
Press
Heat press against polyester. The dye turns to gas and enters the fibre.
Done
No steaming. No washing. No drying line.
Compare the alternative: reactive printing on cotton needs pretreatment, steaming, washing and drying, plus the water and effluent handling that comes with them. Sublimation needs a printer and a heat press. That difference is why the chemistry took over sportswear and soft signage.
