Bravo inks are manufactured by Crown Chemical Industries at our own facility in Faisalabad, with research and development on the same site. This page explains what that means for the drum that arrives at your printer.
Four things that decide whether an ink runs.
Formulated per printhead family
Ink that suits one printhead family will not suit another. Viscosity windows differ, and a formulation aimed at the middle of both jets badly at each end. Our reactive and sublimation ranges are built for high speed industrial piezo heads and proven on Kyocera, Epson, Starfire and Ricoh platforms before they reach you.
Run on our own printers first
Bravo makes digital textile printers. Our ink is developed and run on the same machines we put on factory floors, at production speed, not on a desktop machine and hoped for at scale.
Anti clogging formulation
Our formulation technology is built to reduce nozzle blockage during long runs and restart cleanly after idle periods. Fewer interruptions, less purging, less ink in the waste tray.
Consistent, reproducible results
Repeat orders that match the first one. A mill that has to re profile after every delivery will leave, so batch consistency is treated as a product feature, not an afterthought.
