Why Bravo

Three reasons printers stay with us.

  1. We build the printer as well as the ink

Bravo makes digital textile printers. That means our ink is not formulated in isolation and hoped for. It is developed and run on the same machines we put on factory floors, then proven on Kyocera, Epson, Starfire and Ricoh heads before it reaches you. When something needs adjusting, there is nobody to point at.

  2. Our own plant, not a rebadged drum

Bravo inks are manufactured by Crown Chemical Industries at our own facility in Faisalabad, with R&D on the same site. We are not repackaging someone else's ink under a label. That is why we can tune a formulation to your machine and your fabric, and why a problem gets solved by the people who made the product.

  3. Close enough to actually turn up

Faisalabad and Lahore, in the middle of Pakistan's textile belt. No import lead time, no customs delay on a reorder, and technical support that can be standing at your printer rather than replying from another timezone.

Applications

Printed with Bravo.

Folded printed fabric with a pink and green floral pattern

Fashion and apparel

Deep, soft, wash resistant colour on cotton, viscose and silk.

Rolls of printed floral fabric

Home textiles

Bedding, curtains and upholstery that survive years of laundering.

Brightly printed polyester fabric with a graphic collage design

Printhead compatibility

Formulated for the head in your machine.

Ink that suits one printhead family will not suit another. Viscosity windows differ, and a formulation aimed at the middle of both jets badly at each end. Our reactive and sublimation ranges are built for high speed industrial piezo heads and proven on the platforms our customers actually run.

Ink problems are rarely only ink problems. Pretreatment, steaming, curing, profiles and head condition all sit in the same chain. Because we build printers as well as ink, we work through the whole chain rather than pointing at the next link.
